Responsibilities

• Content Delivery: Record high-quality video lessons, prepare supporting materials (slides, worksheets, templates, quizzes), and organise content into clear, digestible modules.

• Learner Engagement: Respond to student questions, provide constructive feedback, and build an active learning community around your course.

• Quality Standards: Ensure all course content meets Rakify's content integrity, formatting, and production quality guidelines.

• Course Updates: Regularly review and refresh your course to keep content current, relevant, and aligned with industry or field developments.

Requirements

• Proven expertise in your chosen subject area with a track record of practical or professional experience

• 3+ years of experience in your field — whether tech, business, design, marketing, education, or any other discipline

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and engagingly on camera

• Ability to plan, structure, and deliver a full course independently from outline to final recording

• Self-motivated with strong time management and the ability to meet content submission deadlines

• A relevant degree, certification, or equivalent professional experience in your subject area

• Comfortable using tools such as PowerPoint, Zoom, Loom, or similar recording and presentation software
